A nonprofit corporation in Korea is not finished once establishment approval is granted. Activities outside the stated purpose, violation of approval conditions, public-interest harm, long-term reporting omissions, unknown office location, and failure to disclose settlement documents may lead to cancellation of establishment approval and dissolution. Review your bylaws, approval certificate, reporting history, and disclosure duties before a cancellation notice arrives.
